Hi everyone,
This is my first post!
Mike and I just got married 4 days ago (July 24th, 2008) in Las Vegas!!! We went down on Wednesday and checked into the hotel and then waited for everyone to show up. Then the building my parents stayed in the elevator went out. So then we had to haul all their luggage up 4 flights of stairs!
Then Thursday morning Mike and I dropped my dress off at the cleaners and went shopping; we both needed shoes and I need lingerie; anyways 4 hours and two malls later we found everything we needed.
Then it was time to rush back to the hotel and get ready! We didn't have a whole lot of time (hour and a half) and I still needed to shower and curl my hair! The limo driver was supposed to pick us up at 7:15 pm, but at 6:45 she called and said she was already there!!!

Putting on my dress was quite the chore as well, it fit everywhere except around my rib cage (too tight) I felt like I was huffin' and puffin the whole time!

When we got there we took some photos and filled out all of our paperwork as our families were showing up. About 10 minutes to the ceremony they came and got us, and took us back to meet the officiant. She was super nice, we walked through all the steps and then right at 8 pm it was time to get married. Then 4 1/2 minutes later, we were married!!!
After the ceremony we took some more pictures, then climbed bank into the limo and went the Maggiano's! Which they have the best food ever! We had stuffed mushrooms, chicken Parmesan, baked ziti, fetachini Alfredo, salmon, salad, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and for desert we had some apple thing and the best chocolate cake I have ever had in my life!!! If that sounds like a lot of food, that's because it was!!! We were all stuffed to the brim but it was worth it!!!
The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing and dreaming about the fun!!!
Until next time :)
